Open Question: Purchasing one or more real estate investments out of state: Incorporate?
Hello,
I’m looking into purchasing several small investment properties out of state. So, to an extent… it’s going to be a small business venture. Should I incorporate in some way to protect myself from any potential losses, or would incorporation even protect me in the case of loan problems, etc?
Just wondering if anyone has experience starting from the same place and has any advice. Thanks in advance!
Open Question: Hey I just need some guidance thanks.?
Hi here it is well, I am just confused what to do with my life, but I know what my long term goals are, to have buisnesess and real estate. But my short term goals are making a plan to get me there, thru education the long way of the short way. The long way being 2 more years to get my finance degree. The short way being 1 year to get a ceritified as an Lvn in California. And then on the weekends while getting certified selling hotdogs downtown. I just want to become an Lvn to create seed money for the stores and buisnesses I want to own. Either with the Lvn program or waiting two more years and getting my bachelors, and going for that. Currently I live in Cali and I have my own car, and apt, and two pets. But those things can be sold and traded I am not too concerned with those things. My main things I am concerned with is making the money to start investing in different investments mentioned while making more and more money. Like I said I just need some guidance, oh yea one more thing the finance college is in another state so I would have to move but thats no problem I have done that before, its just I see I am getting older I am 29 and will be 30 this year and just want to start building wealth and get the ball rolling. Thanks for your time and comments
Also, I already know how to save and I save 50 percent of what I make so yea. Thanks but I already do that. I just need help figuring out a plan to follow. Thanks and I appreciate all your help.
Also my credit isn’t the best right now, cause my wife divorced me,so yea an SBA loan might be out the picture right now, but I would appreciate anyone’s ideas, or suggestions. Thanks a gain
Resolved Question: Is there such thing as ROI insurance?
I’d like to provide insurance for real estate investment deals we are brokering for clients. I was wondering if there is such thing as ROI insurance. We want to find insurance that will guarantee a return for a property (so say we show they will get 6% return per year, we’d like to get insurance that covers a 6% return if they were to not get it). We have historical data and analysis on the properties we’d like to provide this insurance for. Please let me know if it is a possibility.
