In spite of the town’s comparatively small area and population compared with other municipalities in the Phoenix Metro area, There are approximately 5,500 households. Paradise Valley is home to 12 resorts, making it one of Arizona’s premiere visitor destinations. It is snuggled close to Scottsdale, Downtown Phoenix, Sky Harbor Airport, Scottsdale Fashion Square,and the well-known business district of 24th St/Camelback.

The average age was 46 years. For every 100 females there were 98.7 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 96.1 males
